Hobe Labs' Return and Refund Policy

At Hobe Labs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our collection of hair, body and tea products. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returning products purchased exclusively through our online store at www.hobelabs.com.  As we operate solely online, please note that all returns are processed via mail. 


Customer Support: we aim to respond within 24-48 hours, if you do not see a reply in your inbox, please check Spam or Junk folders.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact to ensure hygiene and product integrity. We may make considerations for customers depending on the specific situation. 
  • A valid order number, receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. 


Please make sure you have this information for efficiency. Otherwise, at the very least - please provide customer’s name (or who it was shipped to).


REFUND POLICY:

  • Refund amount will cover the purchase price of eligible items, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to Hobe Labs’ error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or credit card company, this timing can vary.
  • For items that arrive to you damaged, defective or if the incorrect product received - Hobe Labs offers full refunds or replacements.


RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Email our customer service team at info@hobelabs.com – please provide your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., for damaged items).
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours, please check SPAM or Junk inboxes if you do not see our reply in your main inbox within that time frame.


Return Shipping Instructions:

Returned items are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt. Customers will be notified via email of refund approval or denial.

Please ensure that a copy of your order receipt/packing slip is included in the shipment so we can easily identify the order number and name of the customer.


Returns must be shipped via a traceable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to:

           - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Hobe Labs’ error.

           - For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Hobe Labs provides a prepaid return shipping label.

           - If you are concerned about lost or damaged returns, we recommend insuring the shipment, as Hobe Labs is not liable for these       

             issues.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges are offered for eligible products (e.g., same product in a different variant, subject to availability).
  • Follow the return process above and specify the desired exchange item when emailing our customer support department.
  • Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect. Hobe Labs covers outbound shipping for the replacement item.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to address concerns fairly. Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items to ensure compliance with regulations. If a purchase includes a discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid. Hobe Labs reserves the right to deny returns suspected of fraud or abuse (e.g., excessive or unauthorized returns).
